- Beetroot juice
- Milk
- Condensed milk
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream

How to make purple lady beet latte
For this recipe, I used fresh beetroot. All you do is to juice the beetroot. To do this if you don’t have a juicer, simply chop the beetroot into small pieces, add into a blender, add some water and blend till smooth. Strain the beet pulp from the juice and set it aside.
Add ice cubes into serving glasses, pour in the milk half way up and add in the condensed milk. Top with the beetroot juice and watch the beautiful purple mix emerge. Top with the whipped cream and serve immediately.

Ingredients
- 1 medium beetroot "cleaned & chopped"
- 1 cup water
- Condensed milk
- Milk of choice
- Whipped cream
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Into a blender, add in the beetroot and water. Blend till smooth and strain the liquid from the pulp.
- Add ice cubes into serving glasses and add in the milk half way up. Add condensed milk to your taste and top the glass with the beetroot juice.
- Top with the whipped cream and serve immediately.
