Terms & Conditions

By ordering from Nookies Diaries, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

1. Full payment is required to secure your order. 2 weeks’ notice is required for all gift boxes. This gives us adequate time to source for the items in the box.
2. All deliveries are undertaken by my partnered couriers and delivery is FREE within Lagos (with the exception of Apapa, Ikorodu, Ota, and environs). Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your delivery. Kindly state the delivery location in the notes section of the order form.
3. If you are arranging your own courier collection, I would advise booking a car rather than a motorcycle. Once the gift box has left my studio, I will not be held liable for any damage that occurs on transit.
4. I reserve the right to use photographs & videos of orders I prepare on my website, blog & social media channels.
5. Due to the nature of the order,  I do not accept returns. If you are not happy with your order, email me at nookiesdiaries@gmail.com and I will happily help resolve the issue.
