These days, I am all about quick & healthy lunch/dinner and it doesn't get quicker & healthier than this dish. You can use any fish you have, or you can swap the fish for chicken or beef 😋.

Good Morning & Happy New Week Lovelies... whatever you plan to do this week, I am wishing you fruitfulness, success & blessings. Today's breakfast is this gorgeous strawberry & peach smoothie bowl.
1 large banana
1 or 2 pieces of canned peach 🍑
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 large strawberries 🍓
Splash of coconut milk.">
When I was young, I hated my lips for being too big 😂 and I hated that I was too skinny. All my female cousins & school mates were curvy but I was just thin 😂😂. Because I skinnier, my facial features looked so big to me. It was when I got to Uni, I realized that people would kill to have my full lips and my skinny shape 😂 and now, I wish I was as skinny as I was in school 😂. Now that I have added more weight, I am still beautiful just the way I am. Don't let anybody tell you different, you are so beautiful just the way you are.">
The sweater is so soft and comfortable, and the quality is amazing. I love that it has shoulder pads which makes it dressy. The skirt is super comfy as well, it has a belt which snitches in your waist and I absolutely love the large pockets. Do you like this get up? Show me some love in the comments.">
-In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder & soda. Mix and set aside.
- Add 2tbsp of melted butter into the yorgurt and separate the egg white from the yolk. Add the yolk into the yorgurt as well. Mix well and combine the yorgurt mixture with the dry ingredients. Mix till nearly combined and add the egg white. Mix well (try not to overmix the batter). Set aside the batter to rest for 10mins.
- Meanwhile preheat your oven and set your baking dish inside to heat up.
- Add another 2tbsp of butter into the dish and swirl the dish till the butter melts. Pour the batter into the dish and level the top.
- Top with fresh blueberries and bake @375°F for 25-30 mins or till the top of the pancake is golden brown. Enjoy with honey, syrup or whipped cream 😋.">
BEET SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE
- 1 small beet
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup greek yorgurt
- 1 tsp maca powder
Blend till smooth. Add splash of milk if it's too thick. Serve and top with fresh blueberries, hemp seeds and coconut flakes 😋.">
Making your own roasted corn at home is a piece of cake if you have an oven, halogen oven, air fryer or an outdoor grill. And because it's homemade, you can get creative by roasting the corn with some butter & spices. Once it's fully roasted, coat it with more butter & some herbs like basil or parsley, and you have yourself some Herbed butter roasted corn.
