- Fresh eggs
- Coconut milk
- Honey

How to make cinnamon French toast
- In a large flat plate or dish, combine the eggs, coconut milk, honey and cinnamon.
- Whisk till well combined.
- Slice the white bread to your desired thickness and coat the slice of bread in the egg mixture. Flip once until the bread has soaked up the egg mixture.
- Place the bread in a hot non-stick pan greased with butter and oil and cook on both sides for 5-mins or till the bread is golden brown.
- Remove from the pan once cooked and repeat the steps for the remaining bread slices’
- Serve the French toast with some mixed berry preserves, whipped cream, fresh fruits and a glass of Strawberry Molokai Mocktail.

- ½ cup coconut milk

- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
